1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply between you, the user of this website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Expert Circle Ltd, the owner and operator of this website (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights.
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
In these terms and conditions, “User” or “Users” means any third party that accesses the website and is not (i) employed by Expert Circle Ltd and acting in the course of their employment, or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Expert Circle Ltd and accessing the website in connection with the provision of such services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using the website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- “Website” means www.expertcircle.co.uk and all associated sub-domains and pages.
- “Programme” means the AI-Driven Marketing Growth Programme, a twelve-module learning programme offered by Expert Circle Ltd.
- “Executive Briefing” or “Briefing” means a free, pre-recorded online session forming part of the Programme, available upon registration with a valid email address.
- “Masterclass” means a paid, pre-recorded online session forming part of the Programme, available for purchase on a one-time basis, with lifetime access granted upon payment.
- “Digital Content” means any Masterclass, Briefing, workbook, prompt library, or other programme material delivered electronically.
- “Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and any other information appearing on or forming part of this website.
- “WebinarKit” means the third-party platform used by Expert Circle Ltd to host and deliver Briefings and Masterclasses.
3. Intellectual property and acceptable use
- All Content on the website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Expert Circle Ltd or our affiliates or other relevant third parties and is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this website shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, or service mark without prior written permission.
- All programme materials — including but not limited to Executive Briefings, Masterclasses, workbooks, AI prompt libraries, frameworks, and course scripts — are the exclusive intellectual property of Expert Circle Ltd. These materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, shared, or published in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
- You may, for your own personal and professional use only:
- retrieve, display, and view Content on a computer or mobile screen;
- download and use workbooks and prompt library materials provided as part of a purchased Masterclass for your own internal business use.
- You must not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, sublicense, or use for commercial purposes any Content or programme materials without the written permission of Expert Circle Ltd.
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for any content you submit via the website, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
4. Executive Briefings (free content)
- Executive Briefings are provided free of charge upon registration with a valid email address via the website or WebinarKit registration pages.
- By registering for an Executive Briefing, you consent to receive communications from Expert Circle Ltd, including programme updates and marketing correspondence. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
- Executive Briefings are made available for viewing purposes only. They may not be downloaded, recorded, distributed, or shared in any form without our prior written consent.
- Expert Circle Ltd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any Executive Briefing at any time without prior notice.
- Access to Executive Briefings is provided on an “as available” basis via WebinarKit. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for platform downtime or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
5. Masterclass purchases
- Masterclasses are available for purchase on a one-time payment basis. Upon successful payment, you will be granted lifetime access to the purchased Masterclass and any associated downloadable materials (workbook and AI prompt library).
- Prices are displayed on the relevant Masterclass purchase page at the time of transaction. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated.
- Payment is processed via our third-party payment provider. Expert Circle Ltd does not store or process your payment card details directly.
- Upon completion of payment, you will receive confirmation and access details by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@expertcircle.co.uk.
6. No refunds policy for digital content
- In accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days of the contract being formed (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
- However, by completing your purchase of a Masterclass, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Digital Content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to cancel under the Cooling-Off Period. This acknowledgement will be presented clearly at the point of purchase and must be confirmed before your order is processed.
- Accordingly, all sales of Masterclasses and associated Digital Content are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except in the following limited circumstances:
- you have been charged an incorrect amount due to a technical or administrative error on our part;
- the Digital Content is materially defective and we are unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refund requests under the exceptions in clause 6.3 must be submitted in writing to contact@expertcircle.co.uk within 7 days of purchase, with full details of the issue.
- This no-refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to Digital Content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
7. Access and delivery
- Masterclass and Executive Briefing content is delivered via WebinarKit, a third-party hosting platform. Expert Circle Ltd is not responsible for disruptions to the WebinarKit platform, though we will take reasonable steps to remedy access issues brought to our attention.
- “Lifetime access” means access to the purchased Masterclass for as long as Expert Circle Ltd continues to operate and maintain the programme. In the unlikely event that we discontinue a Masterclass permanently, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where practicable, an alternative means of accessing the content.
- We reserve the right to update, improve, or revise Masterclass content from time to time. Any such revisions will not reduce the core value or scope of the Masterclass as described at the time of purchase.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or any programme content for any of the following purposes:
- in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the website or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of it;
- in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- reproducing, sharing, reselling, or redistributing any Masterclass, Briefing, workbook, prompt library, or programme framework in whole or in part without written permission;
- making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of the owner;
- attempting to circumvent any security or access controls on the website or WebinarKit platform.
9. Registration and accounts
- Registration with a valid email address is required to access Executive Briefings. You must ensure that the details provided are accurate and complete.
- Account creation may be required to access purchased Masterclasses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must inform us promptly of any changes to your registration details or any suspected unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purpose or if you breach these terms and conditions. Cancellation does not affect any accrued statutory rights.
10. Links to other websites
- This website may contain links to third-party sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of Expert Circle Ltd, and we accept no responsibility for their content or any loss or damage arising from their use.
- Affiliate disclosure: This website may contain affiliate links. We may receive a commission for purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. We only promote products and services we believe are of genuine value. The inclusion of any affiliate link does not imply endorsement or guarantee of the product or service.

12. Availability of the website and disclaimers

- Whilst Expert Circle Ltd uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website is secure and free of errors, viruses, and malware, we give no warranty in that regard and all Users take responsibility for their own security and that of their devices.
- Expert Circle Ltd accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the website or the WebinarKit platform.
- Expert Circle Ltd reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, including any products or services available, without prior notice.
13. Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or exclude any liabilities in any way not permitted under applicable law.
- To the extent that the website and free Content are provided without charge, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind.
- We will not be liable in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Circle Ltd accepts no liability for: (a) any business losses, including loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, goodwill, or commercial opportunities; (b) loss or corruption of data; (c) any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.
- Our total liability to you in respect of any Masterclass purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Masterclass.
14. Terms for article submission
- Featured image design: Upon submission of your article, we will design a featured image incorporating your firm’s logo. We will provide two options for you to select from.
- Post-publication edits: Once your article is published, you are entitled to request one edit. Subsequent modifications may be subject to additional terms.
- Content authenticity: All submitted articles must be original and free of plagiarism. We perform a plagiarism check on every submission. Plagiarised content will be rejected.
- Image submissions: If you provide images, you confirm compliance with copyright law and that you hold the necessary rights or permissions. We accept no responsibility for copyright infringements relating to images you submit.
- Liability: By submitting an article, you acknowledge that your firm is liable for any claims or disputes arising from the content, including defamation, misinformation, and copyright infringement.
- Usage rights: Upon submission, you grant Expert Circle Ltd the exclusive right to publish the article on our platform. Republishing the content elsewhere without our consent is prohibited. We retain the right to use the article or excerpts in our promotional materials.
- Duration of publication: Articles will remain on our platform indefinitely; however, we reserve the right to remove any article at our discretion.
- Feedback process: Feedback for the permitted one-time edit must be provided within seven days of the article’s publication.
- Acceptance and rejection: We reserve the right to accept or decline any article based on our platform standards.
- Format and specifications: Articles and images must adhere to our format and quality guidelines, provided separately.
15. General
- You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
- These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Revised terms will apply from the date of publication on the website. Users should check these terms regularly.
- These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to their subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements, or agreements.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed deleted to the extent required, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No delay or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
